In what is sure to be another embarrassing moment for Anthony Cardone, the Monroe Highway Superintendent Pat Patterson resigned from his elected position in disgrace. Details are forthcoming, but suffice it to say his indiscretions eroded public trust and have been acceptable and tolerated by Cardone and his board for years now.
